About CKPM Group

A trades business built the way building managers wish they all were.

Our story

Two directors. Twenty five years on the tools.

CKPM Group was started by Kurt Kulpa and Chris Moore after a quarter of a century in protective coatings, rope access and property maintenance across Australia.

They had both watched too many committees burnt by trades who quoted cheap, started slow and finished worse. So they built the business they would want to hire. Documented scopes. Fixed prices. Trades who showed up in branded uniforms and left the site cleaner than they found it.

Today CKPM Group is the trusted partner for bodies corporate, building managers and asset owners across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. From towers in Surfers to office buildings in Brisbane and architectural homes on the Tweed, we look after the asset as if our name was on the title.

What we stand for

The standards we will not negotiate on.

Safety first, always

Specified, not winged

Manufacturer specifications, engineer sign offs where it matters, and the right product on the right substrate.

Quietly delivered

Resident notices, considered scheduling, polite trades. The building keeps running while we work.

FAQs

The questions building managers ask us most.

What areas do you service?

+

We work across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. From Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast down through the Gold Coast and into the Tweed and Byron regions.

Are your rope access technicians qualified?

+

Yes. Every technician working at height is IRATA certified. We carry current SWMS, documented rescue plans and full public liability and workers compensation insurance.

Do you work on bodies corporate and strata buildings?

+

Bodies corporate, building managers and strata committees are the core of what we do. We provide documented scopes, fixed prices and reports your committee, auditor and insurer can all read.

What kind of work do you take on?

+

Rope access and high access works, exterior painting and protective coatings, concrete cancer and spalling repairs, facade inspections, sealant and expansion joint replacement, water ingress investigation and waterproofing.

Can you diagnose water ingress and leaks?

+

Yes. We trace the source rather than chasing the stain. Our reports identify the failure, the substrate condition and the recommended rectification with a fixed price to fix it.

Do you provide facade inspection reports?

+

We carry out close visual inspections by rope access and deliver photographic condition reports suitable for maintenance planning, insurance and sinking fund forecasting.

How quickly can you quote a job?

+

Most quotes are turned around within a few business days of site inspection. Urgent safety issues and active leaks are prioritised and we can usually attend within 24 to 48 hours.

Are you fully insured?

+

Yes. We carry full public liability, workers compensation and all relevant trade licences. Certificates of currency are provided on request before works commence.

Your property, our priority.
